Brake - Flybikes Classico:
The Flybikes Clasico brake is first extruded from 6061-T6 aluminum. This process greatly increases the strength and density of the metal. The arms are then CNC machined to reduce weight, increase stiffness, and give them a stylish look. Angled arms provide a straight cable line which ensures a constantly stiff and smooth pull.
Lever - Flybikes 6061 T-6 Aluminum Lever:
The Flybikes brake lever goes through the same manufacturing process as the brakes, has a hinged clamp that allows easy installation and removal, and over sized brass bushings to keep the hinge tight. Multiple cable ends are included for various cable setups.
Cable - Flybikes Linear Cable:
Linear housing for stiff braking power even when all twisted up. Teflon coated cable and housing for smooth action. CNC machined cable ends work perfectly with the lever.
